Q: Are your DVDs just like the ones sold in retail stores?
A: Yes. We are a reputable company who deals with authentic merchandise only. All Wholesale DVDs and Blu-ray are brand new factory sealed in standard size cases with original artwork and packaging. We purchase directly from the studios, so alll DVDs are official region 1 releases, not asian imports or copies of any kind. Since we purchase closeout stock, some titles may have scratched UPCs, hole punches, sale stickers or other marks on the outside packaging. This in no way compromises the playability of the product, and the item is still NEW. Items with a defaced (cut, scratch, hole punch) UPC are indicated with ** Scratched UPC ** in the item description.

A: No. You can simply add the items you are interested in purchasing to the shopping cart and checkout. You will create an account during checkout, which you can use the next time you order. It will remember your billing and shipping details for easy checkouts in the future.

A: The UPS ship calculator will only return valid results for US addresses. The shipping cost for Canada addresses will be available during checkout, before you are asked to enter any billing information. If you wish to estimate the shipping cost for an order to a Canada address, please proceed to the checkout process to view the UPS charge. The UPS Ship calculator will not be available for international orders, you must contact us for a shipping cost estimate.

A: We stand behind our products 100%. If any item is damaged or misrepresented, we will allow a return and process a full refund for these unopened goods free of charge. Please Note: Since we purchase closeout stock, some titles will have scratched UPCs, hole punches, expired offers, price stickers or stickers over the UPC - This is not considered "damaged" goods. In no way is the playability of the item compromised. Items may become loose in their case during shipping, we do not allow returns on loose in case items.
All pick and choose title sales are one way. We do not buy back your unsold units or refund for buyer remorse purchases. Q: Do I need a wholesale license to purchase from your company.
A: No. We are a B to B company selling to retail shops and other various outlets. Your company does not need to setup an account when purchasing from our website on a pre-pay basis. However, All NJ residents must pay 6.625% sales tax, unless you have a valid NJ State resale certificate. This information must be scanned and emailed to us to be excluded from paying the required 6.625% NJ Sales tax.
Q: Do you restock the items that are currently "Out of Stock"?
A: Since we work on a closeout basis, we can not guarantee that we will restock an item that is currently "Out of Stock".
Q: Can you get me a specific title?
A: Since we work on a closeout basis, we do not take title requests. Everything in stock at any given time is available via our website for purchase. We receive new stock in multiple times per week, so the title that you are looking for may not be in stock currently, but may arrive in future shipments. Q: Why doesn't the Blu-ray I purchased play?
A: As indicated on our Blu-ray section, Blu-ray DVDs only play on Blu-ray players or Playstation 3 units. They will not play on regular DVD players.
